Signature Tokens
Signature Tokens are information about you. They can include things like names, URLs, phone numbers, and other pieces of information. These pieces of information can be changed at any time without having to edit every Letter individually.
Instead of placing your actual signature in your Letters:
Stephen Hambright (888) 890-3946
You would place signature tokens:
**SIG_NAME** **SIG_PHONE**
Imagine having 100 Letters stored with your name and phone number, and then your phone number is changed... Signature Tokens are a HUGE help! |
