Letter Formatting
You can create your letters in HTML format, Plain Text, or both.
- When creating an HTML Version of your letters, you have the option of starting with a Letter Template or a blank letter form.
The HTML Version lets you format your letters much like you would with any word processing software or HTML editor. This makes adding pictures, links, tables, colors, etc... very easy to accomplish. - When creating a Text Version of your letters, your message will be saved and sent like a plain text email message.
We recommend creating both HTML and Plain Text versions of your letters. |
Adding Tokens
Shortcuts to Letter Tokens are available for either the HTML or Plain Text versions of Letters.
Make sure you cursor is where you want to place your Token in the subject or body. |

Proofreading
You can preview your Letter in a new window by pressing the Proofread button near the top of the editor.
You can also expand the HTML letter editor to the full size of your browser window by pressing the Maximize in the HTML editor itself.
